Carter's second birthday

Carter's birthday was obviously low-key this year.  He opened up his gifts this morning; he got two Thomas the Train trains (40% at AC Moore), Happy Birthday, Thomas! book, and some Lego Duplo blocks that came out of the toy bin we have that's full of clearance toys we buy throughout the year or excess from birthdays and Christmas.  We also made cookies for his class today.

When we came home from school, Carter was excited to see his train set out (we took it out once and then put it away before the big move).  After he played for a little while, we sang "Happy Birthday" to him and ate some yummy cake that Clint made yesterday.  So, simple and nice.
