Carter's first day of school

My boy is growing up!  Today was his first day of preschool.  This morning was crazy with running around and an interview that the interviewer failed to show up to (don't even get me started with that)!  While other parents were taking pictures and gushing (what I intended on doing), I had to just drop my son off and run off.  It made me sad.

BUT, this afternoon when I picked him up, this was in his take home folder.  I needed it!

Here is the tote that we were asked to have our child decorate for school.  If you know me, that means I will happily decorate his tote for him.  So out come my two huge craft bins, and this is what it now looks like.  Nice job, Mom!

Pretty awesome, I know.

Can't wait to give more updates about Carter and school.  I have a lot of other things to blog about so I'm going to TRY to post some more updates this week.  Again, I'm going to TRY.  School work has been INSANE.
